When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses around the world. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-4 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 5 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location)
Due to Coronavirus(COVID-19) outbreak, your delivery time might be extended up to extra 30-50 days. Delivery times are extended due to lack of flights and problems at the customs. Please be patient.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices shown on our site are tax exempt in US Dollars, although Value Added Taxes are included in the prices of the Products, you may have to pay for additional taxes subject to customs procedures depending on the type, weight or size of the product in some countries and regions.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
